SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with PawNest HA! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Saudi Arabia & GCC: 7–14 business days
- International orders: 10–14 business days
Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
